DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Bearings on a racing motor are essential to guarantee maximum performances and reliability for longer crankshaft life.
We use high quality brand leader bearings we modified for get back the original technical specifications in order to run on extreme conditions of use. The central bearing clip provides two functions: anti-rotation and positioning in the crankcase.

TECHNICAL SPECS

Inner and outer rings of bearings are in core hardening with reinforced cage. « CS41 » radial slack and « P6 » tolerances are obtained on specially rework operations (EDM hole / grinding).
In our design, we have kept the inner ring of the central bearing to be able to remove it and allow a longer life of the crank web part.
